End User License Agreement

Effective: February 13, 2026

This EULA governs your use of the Hoot mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

• Do not copy, modify, or create derivative works.
• Do not distribute, sublicense, lease, or rent the App.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.
• Do not remove proprietary notices.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content are owned by Hoot and protected by intellectual property laws.

4. In-App Purchases

Processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund policies governed by the respective platform. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period end.

6. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Limitation of Liability

LIABILITY CAPPED AT $100 OR AMOUNT PAID IN PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach this EULA. Upon termination, delete all copies.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

• This EULA is between you and Hoot, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation for maintenance, support, or warranties.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce this EULA.

10. Google Play Terms

Use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

Laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
